Support of the older person programme offers a broad
foundation of skills to enable you to care for the
elderly or people with disabilities successfully and
compassionately within the community and rest homes.

Applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

this programme which is taught and assessed in English

must provide an evidence of an overall IELTS band
score of 5.5 or approved equivalent

hence demonstrating knowledge of stress and ways
to deal with them
:. Client Care involves food hygiene, supporting
an older person to enjoy life by providing a safe
environment and facilities, learning how to lift
and position people safely
:. Basic anatomy and physiology, first aid and life

:. Interpersonal Communication, being aware of their
culture, physical wellbeing and emotional needs,
daily living activities, understanding their disappointment,
loss and grief and knowing their rights and responsibilities
